You must have legal rights to all uploaded lead data. LuxuryContact may use these leads indefinitely.

User Content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LuxuryContact harmless from claims arising from your use, violation of Terms, or third-party rights.

Modification of Services

Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree such communications satisfy legal writing requirements.

Specially Designated Nationals

If you are on the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, you may not use the Services.
